We work in partnership with East Midlands Ambulance Service to attend 999 calls on their behalf. All of our team members are volunteers.

Teach
We are available to provide basic CPR and first aid training to anyone in the Derby Area

Our team consists of a dedicated group of Trustees and management team members. We also have over 20 responders who give up their time to work with us.

Over 1700 hours volunteered
Our team have collectively been on duty of over 1700 hours in 2024. We expect these numbers to grow significantly year on year as our team grows.
472 Emergency calls attended
Our responders have attended 472, emergency calls as dispatched by the 999 service.
3rd Busiest Scheme in the Region
We are currently the third busiest scheme in the East Midlands region, despite being a relatively small scheme. On average our responders attend 1 call every 3.5 hours they're booked on.
